Refund policy

To initiate a return, please send us an email to info@konpoto.com for return authorization. All returns are for store credit and must be made within 14 days of items' arrival date. Items must be returned with no signs of wear or usage and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Once a return is received and accepted, the refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow us 7 business days to process the return items. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not offer shipment labels for returns. When shipping returns, it is recommended to ship with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please send a photo of the item and description of the damage to hello@konpoto.com within 24 hours of receiving the item to qualify for a refund in the original form of payment


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We cannot accept returns on "Final Sale" items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
